Some prick named Stefan Frederick Cook, who’s a fucking Major in the United States Army, is seeking a court order that says he doesn’t have to serve in Afghanistan because Barack Obama is not U.S. born and is therefore not the Commander in Chief of U.S. armed forces.

In the 20-page document — filed July 8 with the United States District Court, Middle District of Georgia — Cook’s California-based attorney, Orly Taitz, asks the court to consider granting his client’s request based upon Cook’s belief that President Barrack [sic] Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief of U.S Armed Forces.
Problem #1: Cook has a “belief” that President Barrack [sic] Obama is not a natural born citizen. That’s right. A belief. Not evidence. Not facts. A belief.
Problem #2: In case you missed it before, this guy’s a Major in United States Army. He’s not a coward. He leads people. He’s likely educated.
Oh, and he’s a poisonous, racist asshole. That may be the biggest problem. Because let’s be real for a second: The Obama birth certificate shit has been disproven over and over and over again.

Why has Hussein Obama not produced and released into public his birth certificate?
Ugh, where to even start on this. First, his mom was American, so technically he could’ve been born on Neptune and he’d still be an American (just like John McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone). So are you suggesting his mom isn’t his mom or that he wasn’t born?

I agree there is nothing here, most likely. But there are certain intersting questions. A Certificate of live birth can not even be used in Hawaii as a birth certificate. Anything released on KOS has about as much credibility as a document released on this blog or my blog. I cannot believe anyone considers KOS a real news site.

His only living relative claims he was born in Kenya.
Under the laws of the time, his mother was underage, thus her citizenship does not pass to him. He was legally changed to a citizen of Indonesia, giving up his US Citizenship, was it ever reclaimed?
Congress examined the citizenship of McCain, he was actually born on US Territory, as you mention. Why not look at Obama as well?
Again, I think this is all a wild goose chase, but the President could make it all go away very quickly by releasing his Birth Certificate and College records (was he admitted to Occidental as a foreeign student?).

The difference is Bush was and is an incompetent draft-dodging asshole, which says a lot about character. Being born in Hawaii doesn’t have anything to do with character. It has to do with where Obama’s mother was at the time of his birth, which was Honolulu.

Why no vetting of Obama ? Why all the secrecy surrounding him ? Teaching Constitution Law why is he not respecting the foundation this country was founded on ? Take a look at who influenced him growing up. He learned to be a master manipulator growing up and being uprooted in life. He was abandoned so many times. He is an angry man inside. He has been described as having an Oedipus complex, narcissistic and hates women and the wealthy white. Him being influenced in Hawaii and being told, “Do not trust white people ” documented in his book. Now one can understand what is happening in America and understand where he wants to take us.
