Apparently being vice president requires some annual quota of shooting people in the face or running over vagrants. Either way, Joe Biden seems to have taken care of the requirement early Wednesday morning.
Of course, it might not count because technically, it was just his motorcade that killed a guy…
And technically, it wasn’t even his motorcade because it was 3 a.m. and Joe Biden wasn’t in any of the cars…

Two Secret Service employees driving along the Suitland Parkway struck and killed a man early Wednesday morning in the vehicles the agency uses to transport Vice President Joe Biden.
Biden was not in either the armored SUV or limousine at the time of the crash.
The vehicles had just been flown back to the D.C.-area from Fort Lewis, Wash., where they had driven the vice president before and after he spoke to a crowd of troops for Veterans Day.
Christ, get that man back on Amtrak. Menace to society.
Seriously, though, Dick Cheney actually shot a guy in the face once.
