As if Glenn Beck’s show on Fox News weren’t evidence enough that he’s getting rich off the clueless turds in middle Fat America who actually buy his nonsense, here Jon Stewart and “The Daily Show” discover that Beck is a paid spokesperson for Goldline. That may explain his very vocal enthusiasm for AU. God, what a dick. He’s a terrible person with no morals who has millions of fervent viewers and listeners. And you wonder why we have so little faith in our fellow citizens.

Sometimes I really have trouble wrapping my head around the fact that Glenn Beck is a real person — in this country — and that he’s allowed on TV.
God, that’s infuriating.
I’m always surprised — although perhaps I shouldn’t be — by how stupid, petty and fearful white people are, and here’s their leader. Or one of them, anyway.
The clips of Glenn Beck were terrifying enough to make me seriously question the need for the “free exercise [of] the press” part of the 1st amendment.
