He’s one of the great political strategists of our times. He got Bush elected governor of Texas. At the time, Bush had no political experience other than helping out with his father’s campaign. And then he got Bush elected president! Bush — who could barely piece enough words together to form sentences, let alone form coherent paragraphs — became the most powerful man in the world!

And he was able to tell Congress to go f*ck itself when they subpoenaed him to testify, and nothing was ever done in response.
